These units utilise sensitive microwave sensors and are individually programable to automatically adjust light output based on occupancy and/or ambient light levels. Adjustable max and min power levels greatly increase energy savings, maximize returns on investment and greatly improve the lifespan of the product which further reduces maintenance costs. The other advantage of having each high bay individually controlled with its own sensor is that installation is easy and there is no need for a secondary control system and the additional wiring that goes along with it.
