    LED Fittings

    A light fitting is the part of an electric light unit that is fixed to a ceiling or wall, into which a lamp are fitted into a socket / lamp holder. LED fittings are designed for LED lamps, the main difference being that LED fittings do not contain the control gear (ballast) found with traditional fittings for fluorescent or HID lamps as most LEDs, like LED Tubes or LED Downlights, operate directly off AC Mains power.
